How to book a course

If you're interested in booking a place on any of the courses or you would just like to find out more information, please contact your Brookvex Academy training advisor:

Please note these lines are staffed between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday.

We'll need to know which course you are interested in, where you would like to do it and how many people there will be. We run our core training courses on most weekdays during normal working hours and many of our engineering courses can be run out of hours - but please let us know if you have any other requirements or if you would like to discuss a bespoke training package.

In the event that you need to contact the Trainer urgently (e.g. inability to attend a course through illness) please use the email address shown above.

Payment conditions

Payment of the training fee must be made in full prior to the course commencing.

When you book your course an invoice will be sent to you for payment within 28 days. If your course is taking place within the next four weeks, payment must be made immediately via BACS or cheque. Please contact the accounts department on +44(0)20 8687 5560 should you have any questions about payment.

Cancellation

The customer must notify Brookvex Academy in writing if they wish to cancel any training course.

• The training fee will be refunded in full if the customer provides written notice of the cancellation at least 21 days before the start of the training course.
• 75% of the training fee will be refunded if the customer provides written notice of the cancellation between 14 and 20 days before the start of the training course.
• 50% of the training fee will be refunded if the customer provides written notice of the cancellation between 7 and 13 days before the start of the training course.
• No refund will be given if the customer cancels less than 7 days before the start of the training course.
• The customer may change the names of those attending training at any time prior to the start of any training course.

Notification of cancellation should be made by email to advisor@brookvexacademy.com

Brookvex Academy will endeavour to accommodate requests from the customer for postponement, reductions in numbers, changes to duration or changes to agreed dates whenever possible, but reserves the right to impose a cancellation charge based on the above timeframes.

Brookvex Academy may vary the time, date and venue of a training course.
